I've been eyeing the EAX app on my VersionTracker upgrade email for quite a while now. Since I thought I was doing a decent job backing up my Entourage emails the old fashioned way (by backing up the application support folder, where I thought the email messages were stored), but I recently had to get to an old email message--well, the messages were not being backed up! EAX to the rescue. The only thing I wish it did was keep track of your email folders upon launch (or at least scan the disk automatically), rather than having to click on Source Folders. Also, having to click on Destination every time is a pain. But generally this app does well.
