This is the best email program I have seen! Anyone who is finding problems (other than IMAP support) should read the manual or wait for assistance for BBSW support. For example, 'epc' said that addresses would only import one by one; did you read pg 61 of the manual which explains a few different methods of importing addresses (including in bulk). Also, be patient with responses from support, they just released a new version of Mailsmith and have LOTS of emails to answer. They are very good at giving useful answers to support queries, but give them time to do so.

Really... I can't believe so many people are not giving Mailsmith a fair chance before dismissing it or giving it a bad review. I agree it is not for everyone, but that doesn't mean it's not an EXCELLENT program; it only means it's the not the right program for you.

Switching from Eudora (after 7 years of usage) to Mailsmith was one of the best decisions I ever made. Once I learned to take advantage of the many features in Mailsmith, I discovered one of the most elegant programs I've ever used.

C'mon everyone, give it a chance before dismissing it.
