I don't see how this app would "keep everybody in constant fear." I mean, I'm not scared, I'm just curious...along with millions of other people on the internet. All this is is a reference program. I mean come on...It's not like it's an automatic alert for when the world is ending. For people like McNeely: go do something productive.
