A very nice app that needs more ongoing development. Of course, development takes time and time could be used to make money for things like food and rent and health insurance. Since I support this developer investing time in improving this product, I am happy to invest a measly $15 to give him/her the time to do so. Some shareware titles are overpriced but this one is not.
What needs developing here? I would like to see the timer function worked on. Particularly, the interface needs to be a simple matter of entering start/stop times rather than rotating these discs around a circle. It is a creative but unintuitive choice. Also, I'd like to see support for repeating timers, so I can record the same program at the same time on multiple days. Currently, I see no way to enter more than one timed event per station at a time.
Also, I'm not sure why the ShoutCast tuner was removed from this build. Is that supposed to be an improvement?
That said, this is a very good program that does what it says and does it well. Let's offer this developer some funds and feedback to make it a killer.
And please, let's stop whining about not getting things for free. If you like software, try to remember that it did not occur spontaneously. A real human being has to put time and personal resources into creating these tools. If you want those tools to be worth something, show your support.
