Product Platform: MacOS,MacOSX

Used Product For: One Week

Recommend Product: NO

It's an application full of nice stuff - but it seems that I've to learn editing text:
- How do I delete some text? Marking text and hitting or doesn't work. Sorry: Works sometimes and mostly not.
- PageSpinner mixes wysiwig with raw HTML-mode. F.e. italic marked text is diplayed in italic mode. This may be nice for some people - but how to turn it off? For some other people, like me, this mixture results in loosing overview. Instead a real syntax highlighting editor would be nice.
- I'm missing conversion of international, non-ascii characters on the fly - while typing it.
- I'm missing a real assistant window, which opens a context dependent assistant help window while typing. F.e. when changing the text cursor into an tag, all options for this tag should be selectable in this window (like in WebDesign).

F: Very unusual editor - morini4me

Why does this stupid VersionTracker editor eat the two worlds "backspace"- and "delete"-key from my text?

Very unusual editor - CecilyK

To delete text in PageSpinner, highlight the text and use command-delete. To use plain (unstyled) text, go to Preferences > Default Editor Options and uncheck "Styled Text".
