Boot CD did not work for my Mac.
Boot CD appeared to work reasonably well. The program took more than half an hour to create a disk image (documentation says 8 - 15 minutes), and then presents the option to add other programs to the disk image.
Once you're done, you just start up your Disk Copy program, burn the image to disk and you're ready to go!
Ready to go, but I didn't get very far. The program produces disks that have enough start-up ability to begin the process, but only just enough so that the hard drive stands back and watches - so nothing starts. Result? A frozen computer.
I have used earlier versions of this program, with similar results - a disk that locks up the computer.
I'm still hopeful. Maybe future editions of this software will solve the problem. Or maybe, just maybe, Apple will solve the problem that they started in the first place by adding "Bootable Disk" burning to the OS, making this whole thing moot.
