Apple is doing a great job of keeping everything legal. This should help keep the music Big Wigs happy. iTMS is fantastic and it is starting to help win over some of my Windows buddies. iTunes & the iPod is the ultimate music system. The DVD storage is really nice and AAC encoding is fantastic. I was able to free up 1Gb worth of space on my iPod. Time to go the the iTMS! iTunes for Windows will be nice, but the Windows users are still missing out on one of the easiest to use OSes ever released!
