The procedure given by the author does (almost) work. There is only one problem: you MUST change permissions on the AnaBuilder.command file to make it executable (type "chmod +x <PathToAnaBuilder>/AnaBuilder.command" in Terminal). You should be able to launch the app by double-clicking on the command file from now on. Otherwise, when I try to load a picture, I get a handful of NullPointer exception because the number of channels is not matching (??) but I guess I'm the one who is doing something wrong.

No, you are not the only one. You are exactly the 3rd at this time... While others did not report such a problem.

As I can't debug on MacOsX, I do not succeed in fixing that..

Is there any MacOsX developper here, that have this problem and can help me to debug ??
