Still waiting for SETI@home to become a fully integrated Screen Effects module. Will this ever happen?

earthsaver, no, they say they will not do that.

their reasoning is that if it runs as a non screensaver it will work even when no user is logged in. in lab siutations the log in screen sits for hours, and that can be work time.
