#1 When opening the .dmg file one gets a hard disk icon. Upon opening it there is just the titles for "Read Me", .jpg, etc. No icons. #2 The instructions say to put the Viou "Folder" into the Applications Folder. But there is no folder inside the hard disk image of the Viou. #3 There is no Contextual Image folder in my Home Library only in the System Library.

What is going on?
