I ran quickly some bench tools to compare this with the free L2CacheConfig.
AltiVec Fractal Carbon 1.1.3 shows an increase of 16% in terms of GFlops.
CocoaBench1.2.1 an overall gain of 2.5%, with a noticable gain of 10% in number crunching tests.
Xbench shows an overal gain of 2.7%
