Still Stinks

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOS,MacOSX

Used Product For: One Week

Recommend Product: NO

Still ugly, slow, cumbersome to navigate. The number of people bothering to post reviews has dropped off markedly. Even the number of downloads of new versions seems much lower. Those lively, running dialogues are dead. People are voting with their feet. Don't you guys get it? You can dress up a pig all you want, at the end of the day, it's still a pig.

Still Stinks - mneptok

Youcanrunnaked, the last time you posted I responded asking for examples so we could fix things. You never bothered to respond.

If you want to stand on the prow of the ship screaming epithets at the maelstrom, fine, that's your perogative. I can assure you it will be most unsatisfying.

If, however, you would rather engage in discussion than diatribe, please be specific, answer questions and try just a little decorum. The results will be far more satisfying.

My opinion, if you care.

The last time I posted, you responded? Oh, forgive me, but I didn't notice because you now bury feedback under several layers of cruft. There. One example already. Separating comments by version only makes sense on paper. In practice, it is killing this site. Example two. The new color scheme is atrocious. Example three. You've added a passel of new features, most of which are of little use, but all of which add to the clutter and confusion. Example four. Having a well-established product show up as "not rated" simply because the latest version has yet to be rated is absurd. Example five. I could go on, but why? The new site is the inferior of the old one. Simple as that.

Oh, and I finally found where you "responded." You asked where I had found dead links??!! Wow. Talk about missing the forset for the trees! Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm willing to bet the price of a renewal subscription that your traffic is down, number of downloads is lower, number of comments posted has fallen off a cliff. True?
