I voice complaints again that the software is terrible, and the company (if there even is a company) is terrible. There is no support, and I have resorted to using Mail.app to send my bulk email. This is a pain, but it doesn't crash like Direct Mail does. For the love of all that is good, DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE.
