The OSXvnc server stops running when attempting to connect with Chicken of the VNC 1.3.6. I had to fall back to 1.11, which works just fine.
Anybody else seeing this?

1.2 doesn't work with Chicken of the VNC - JonathanOSX
We believe this was caused by a bad transfer of the executable up to SourceForge, this has now been corrected with a good copy - please try downloading again and running 1.2 which really is quite stable.Tuesday, May 13 2003 @ 02:14 PM PDT
1.2 doesn't work with Chicken of the VNC - DavidM
That was it!I re-downloaded, installed, and restarted the server. Now it works fine both from my win2k realvnc at work and chicken of the VNC at home.

1.2 doesn't work with RealVNC Either - DavidM
I have the same problem accessing from my work machine (running RealVNC under win2K). It spontaneously disconnects after accepting my password, and will not connect again after that. The vnc server seems, at that point, to go into an infinite loop just sucking up 90%+ of the CPU. Restarting the machine and restarting the server process both made no difference -- at least on my 10.2.6 based beige G3 (w/ G4-466).
Falling back to version 1.11 works properly again.
