Cursor doesn't track properly

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: DCT Tuesday, May 06 2003 @ 04:25 PM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: YES

After installing Mac OS X 10.2.6, the cursor does not seem to track properly over right-hand Menu Bar items. For example, when attempting to raise or lower sound volume using Apple's sound icon, I need to place the cursor approximately 1.5 inches to the right of the sound level icon to see the pull-down. This odd behavior seems to be limited to icons in the upper right (both Apple & third party application icons) and not application menu items on the left-hand side of the menu bar.
System Info:Digital Audio G4, Mac OS X 10.2.6, 1.5GB RAM, Sonnet upgraded processor to 1.2 GHz, upgraded graphic card to NVIDIA Titanium.

Cursor doesn't track properly - rusto

Try changing your screen resolution to another setting, then change it back. Does
the trick for me when that happens.
