I won't comment on the interface because I haven't had enough time to use it, but understand this: tabs are analogous to the tabs of file folders, very useful to sorting through large amounts of information or panes of data. When you only have two tabs, "Product Info" and "Feedback", why would you store them both in two separate file folders and put them in a drawer? It's silly, and it's confusing people. Either add 6 more tabs worth of information, or use a better interface option. The tabs for "Mac OS X", "Mac OS", "Windows", etc, look great and work as they should.

Applause for trying to improve the interface. We appreciate your efforts!
