Wer ein einfaches, aber effektives Programm sucht, um alle Jahre wieder an Geburtstage, Hochzeitstage o.ae. erinnert zu werden, OHNE "Kalender-Pflege" a la iCal zu betreiben,
der hat hier das optimale Programm fuer OSX gefunden !
Einfach EINMAL eine Liste (mit Geburtstagschecker, oder auch als Textdatei) aller wichtigen Tage im Jahr erstellen (kann natuerlich immer wieder editiert werden), FERTIG.
Ich benutze Geburtstagschecker seit Version 1.01 (nachdem ich viele andere probiert habe !) und bin sehr zufrieden.
Keine Abstuertze o.ae. !

This is a translation of the review by erniewebdotcom:If you want a simple but effective program that reminds you every year about birthdays, anniversaries or similar important dates, WITHOUT the need to constantly feed iCal, look no further -- this is the best one for OS X.
Just create a list ONCE (with Geburtstagschecker or as a text file) of all the important dates in a year (of course you can always edit it again later) and you're DONE.
I've been using Geburtstagschecker since version 1.01 (after having tried several others) and am very happy with it.
No crashes or similar problems!
