My school as a DC hub, but the PC version (DC++) can download files from people on our local network (100Mbit) at >5MB/sec, but this Mac client can only download at around 600k/sec. I can upload to people at about 2MB/sec, but download is severely slowed. I don't have bandwidth throttling enabled, either.
