make a NSTableView with a textfield and a button so you can add a list of features easily. Possibly an about your company space, I'm not sure. When I write my press releases I have spot for when the press release is due out (usually FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE) location etc. then I have a brief description of the product, a list of major features, a list of the new features, and a bit about the company, and contact info. Usually ends up 3-4 times as long as yours. Add spell checking. This is built into Mac OS X and should be a cinch with Cocoa. Also, add the ability to leave some spots blank, and leave out those sentences. It would be good to save products, etc etc.
