itsBob3 : If you are a 2D/3D designer (if you doesn't I understand your post nor the fact you're posting). Anyway , You see what games and 3D app can do in OpenGL? You see Flash style animation...? Imagin an app able to make such Flash-like anims but in 3D OpenGL and all of that in realTime 3D... At least If you still do not understand what I write here TRY IT or go back to your pokemon web site ;P
