I calibrated my scanner with Vuescan using an IT8 target generated by Vuescan. I have struggled with colors with my Umax 6400, but this solved the problem. I might add that I misread the instructions and sent an e-mail to Ed Hamrick and he responded in an hour, on a Sunday morning!
