I know it's not a message board, but to answer garymm's question of: "juniormaj, you have multiple ipods?"-- Yes. I applied this to an original 5GB and a 20GB, both previously at version 1.2.1. I used a PowerBook Lombard 400 with an OrangeLink FireWire card to perform the updates.
