My eBay now…

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Unspecified

My eBay now works, but it's slow to the point of unusable since the JRE update. Mouse clicks take forever to elicit a response from the interface. A great piece of freeware, to be sure, but now useless to me.

Broken under JAVA 1.4.1 - Garry Nevin

This program was always great - until now. Recent Apple upgrades have broken it for me and for the first time it has has lost me many last minute bids. I cannot count on it any more but I would love to hear from people who can still bid after a 20 second shipe has fired. Some people seem to be having far greater success than I am and I would love to have it working properly again.

I find it a real dog on a G4 IGHZ with 10.2.6 when it can take 10-20 seconds to respond when updating. Other times it can be as snappy as before

The developert fits it into his spare time and will I'm sure solve the problems if Apple doesn't first. The latest JAVA seems to be a problem on more than just the Mac platform.
