@jrishaw: Please inform yourself before you make unqualified comments: 1) Although RFC 1813 updates RFC 1094, Mac OS X does not implement it. Apple's NFS support is based on NeXT code written in 1993, two years before RFC 1813 existed. So the specification that Mac OS X only supports RFC 1094 is absolutely correct. 2) I don't believe that you are really able to distribute NFS automount tables to a network of 600 Mac OS X clients on the command line in 30 seconds. However, NFS Manager is able to do that.
