Regarding lohengrin2's statement about it being a CPU hog -- RBlite will hog the CPU for me every once in a while. I find the progress indicator (within the app itself) just spinning away, and it says something about updating directory listing. If I click on a file in the current folder, it stops. When I select two files before hiding the app, it never seems to do this. If I forget to do that, it will inevitably happen. One star off for that, since I've had the problem for many versions, and the author sent me a confusing response when I mentioned it. Otherwise it's *the* FTP app for OS X.
