And here is my update: Still just one star because the software is slow, is unsupported, and crashes every five minutes. But, for those of you who are having problems, here is my solution: Export all your addresses from your DirectMail file into a text file. Import them into Palm Desktop, then export those as vCards. You can import the vCards into a new group in your Address Book, which Mail (in OSX) will recognize. Then send your bulk mail to a BCC, and drag the new group into that. I had no problem, and it sent very very fast. One other tip, be very cautious when you pay money for shareware.
