This is disgusting. After reading all of these comments, as well as having similar issues, I wrote them a nasty gram, telling them to either get off their asses and do something, or refund my money. I have a feeling if more individuals would stop coddling them and send them similar emails, they might actually see the big picture. Sometimes you have to get a liitle mean for things to sink in. I also think consumers put up with too much these days from companies.
