After installing version 10.2 of this software I was unable to restart. Kept getting grey screen and "You must restart your computer." Never saw that one before! I do have an APC UPS connected via USB and that seems to have been the casue based on comments here. However, once burned, twice cautious. I will pass on this one. Low rating becasue of this problem which took me hours to resolve.
