I've been looking for a ruler that works like this for a long time - as a web developer I'm constantly measuring how a browser renders my code, and trying to juggle Free Ruler's 2 rulers has always been a pain. Rula doesn't work on 2 monitors, and it would be nice to have a floating palette show a screen zoom and the hex value for any color under the pointer, but for what it does, it's excellent.
