LANDSCAPE DESIGN - BUDDMAN7777

I am in agreement with the other people who posted. I have looked everywhere for a landscape design application for OSX. THERE ISN'T ANY!!!!! This kinda flies in the face of all the Mac users who convinced me to buy an Apple instead of a windows based machine. Anyway if anyone knows of a Landscape Design program for my Mac, please let me know.

coming soon - learthur

One of the best deck and landscape packages in out for the casual user by Better Homes and Gardens. It is produced by Chief Architect. I called Chief Architect and they are planning a Mac version of at least one of their products but indicated it would be 2 years before it arrives. By the way, if you are thinking about Virtual PC, DON'T. It does NOT support 3D graphics which these programs use.

I use VectorWorks Landmark on the Mac -

I know it's kind of expensive, but it seems to work fairly well. Although the lastest version (12) seems quite buggy, especially with the Place Plant Tool. If any one out there is a student, you can save tremendously through academic software retailers.

I'm still looking for something better myself.
