the chimera window drag problem when using the metal texture was fixed in the nightly builds, but has not been rolled out to the release version yet. download the nightly (which have been amazingly stable, and have more features) at: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/chimera/nightly/latest-trunk/
