This worked very well for me. Synchronization with my Palm m100 went smoothly, and I'm glad they added the ability to choose which groups to sync from Address Book and which calendars to sync from iCal. Another huge addition will come on January 7, when they add the ability to sync your Address Book entries with your.Mac address book (according to www.mac.com). Overall, I was very happy with this. Much better than the beta for me!
