Folks, it makes NO diference how fast your processor is here. This build in a GPU hog, and requires the latest (we're talking GeForce 4 Ti and radeon 9700 pro) to run OK. Even with these cards you will get slowdown in some areas. This is not meant to improve the game. It's just an (incredibly succesfull) experiment in applying new technology to an ancient game in an effort to see how far they can go. This game is much more demanding than Quake 3 - so don't even bother comparing. Although, I'd venture to say, if you can run this game smoothly - you probably wont have a problem with Doom 3 :)
