Installation is really a snap too, once PHP is enabled on OS X and you have a basic understainding of the Terminal app. Gary S. is right, there is a whole universe of awesome PHP packages available that run seamlessly on OS X. Btw, JAlbum is a great choice for strictly html generated web albums.
