Since I have a hearing impairment, I can't call tech support. I can't seem to find a valid e-mail address to send my questions to Epson, how responsive can that be to snail mail them my questions? Aside from that, I cannot seem to be able to print custom size paper, and or envelopes in the correct preferred position or orientation in Jaguar 10.2. I've tried Acrobat, iDress, Print Explosion, among a few and none of them seem to be able to print correctly using the latest Epson driver (1.2bA) in Jaguar. Please Epson, could you at least lead me the way to live chat or at least an e-mail address to ask technical service questions. I think I'm entitled to a little bit more options than what I have said here when buying a product that gives praise to something that says it runs in OS X. Only 2 stars as this works fine with just standard 8.5" X 11" size.
