Honestly, this is one of the selling features for me that eventually got me into the Mac store to buy Jaguar (and inevitably to buy my 5th Mac in 18 yrs!) After so many people mentioning "mail" to me, I figured Apple had this one all sorted out. Therefore, I spent the time importing all my old mail, getting the address thing all worked out, etc.. Come to realize that there is a problem sending jpegs and documents to certain mail apps, specifically AOL users see only an unopenable "mime" attachment for jpegs & word docs. I have found that gifs send ok. I'll continue to use Mail, but have to sign on to an AOL account to send attachments aol'ers and pc'ers can view. This application is genious beyond that, but, the attachment issue is disappointing enough for me to give the application a "4." Hey Apple, don't mime it, fix it! Peace-C
