God damn, can there be anymore uninformed people? Application Enhancer does not modify any system softwae. I just loads a thread up at the start of any app. Removing it will remove any thing that the APE effects (excluding Skin A Dock and then you have to remove /Library/caches/com.apple.DockIcons.username also)
