Updater actually deletes the beta application instead of patching it. ISI does address the issue of what beta testers should do, it's listed on their Jaguar 10.2 update page. The solution is to back up certain files and drag the beta app to the trash. Reinstall Endnote 6 and apply the update. The new version is a bit different than the beta, the fist major difference I noted is that it now starts up properly when Word X starts, rather than a message "CWYW could not be found". Minus 1 star for the clunky "classic" interface.
