Bad bug w/ 1.3 in Jaguar: causes apps to quit on starting, *including* Finder and Dock, leaving you no way to launch apps to troubleshoot if you re-log-in, just a cursor and a blue desktop. Remove "~/Library/Application Enhancers/Xounds.ape", either from an OS 9 boot or single-user mode, then remove Xounds and re-install v. 1.2 to fix. Disappointed in Unsanity for not pulling this showstopping update.
