AOL makes this software ridiculously difficult to obtain. I had to sign up for an AOL account just so I could download build 21D for an old woman who uses AOL. I use RoadRunner broadband, and she's got a telephone modem. I am not about to sit and wait for a 17 MB download through a modem. She received a new computer with 10.2.1 from a friend, and despite several phone calls, AOL obstinately refused to simply put the software on their FTP site for me. I'll give the software 2 stars because she didn't lose her mail during the import, only her entire address book (which I had to manually reconstruct). The toolbar is too large. Build 21D does seem to work, though. AOL apparently wants to have new customers and wants to keep their current customers, but as a tech support person and given their lack of interest in helping me set up AOL on 10.2.x, AOL is giving me a very big incentive to get her off the service.
