Problems noted by others are not universal. This updater (second, "Official" 5.2 updater) worked flawlessly for me without reading any special installation instructions. Just downloaded, doubleclicked, accepted the license and clicked install. Worked perfectly, as has every single installer I've received from Roxio. Nothing but great software and hassle-free installation. I'm using B&W G3 300 Mhz on OS 10.2.1.
