very cool. I would like to be able to remove a source while it's working and also be able to change the grid size without starting over. Also it seems to take a tremendous ammount of memory to export a finish image. Exporting 4096 x 6144 - a 30 x 30 tile image created 6 additional swap files (9 total) on my system w/ 512 ram. The accuracy of the mosaic definately depends on your source and simplicity of mosaic image, I used 12 one word google searches and random glyphs and after 30 mins or so my 80.4% quality mosaic looked pretty good.
