OK, looks like I have to update my review. I had another problem that was causing my Powermate to respond when it shouldn't. I was using an external USB port extender, it was bad. Now the Powermate, plugged into my keboard USB connector works the way it should. The reason the computer was asking for shutdown was because for some reason the default setting after loading up the new software was set to shutdown on long click, easy fix. The only thing that don't work is the eject function. Would have given 5 stars if that was functional.
