I've never had any problems with Stuffit under OSX, and that dates back to the OSX Public Beta. Stuffit Deluxe 6.5.1 (including the Cont. Menu) was working fine for me under 10.2 and 10.2.1, but I got the upgrade to 7 because I felt like it (and it's new). Stuffit Deluxe 7 also works as advertised.
