Thought it was a great idea, and it looked pretty good, but just when it began to get stable, the devloper apparently decided to quit development. Jaugar problems...competition from ChangeDesktop (for FREE)? Personally, I liked this design better. I hope he picks up where he left off. I am going to give this effort 3 stars for now, and hope he deserves a 5 star rating when he resurrects this phoenix.
