I agree with the statements below. NA was, and still is, absolutely essential in tech support when working with bunches of Macs. I used it to set up 48 new Macs with all software (volume licenses) and accounts installed in just a couple days with the copy HD command - just set up one Mac, and clone the system over. I too, wish that RD and NA were able to work together - that WOULD have been nice, and I was hoping for that with this update. Oh well...
