Worked fine for me. Can now record audio in 24 bit, 48Khz glory, and the sound coming out of my speakers is audibly better. There are no X-native sequencers to take advantage of the mixing board features of the US-428, but it's great to have a MIDI interface and a four-channel USB audio interface working in OS X.
