I have not used the program yet, but don't review things poorly just for being made by a novice coder. You should generaly have lower expectations for small freeware apps, and unless the app does ABSOLUTELY nothing, putting it here is justified, as someone will find a use for it.

Nonsense - dhermanson

Novice or pro, this is not the place for willy-nilly experimentation. All should be held to the same standard: useful, safe and effective software. Additionally any software project should meet an unmet need. If you can't do it better than existing programs, it shouldn't be done at all. This last injunction covers this program well- the inclusion of a useless speech to text engine does nothing to help matters. Users who need speech to text will use Dictate, the gold standard.
