To quote Homer, I'm giving "three thumbs down" to all the people who can't figure out how to download software from the internet, and who then rate the software as poor, without having used it yet. I was able to download and install it effortlessly. This update qualifies as "Great." The ability to read Word and Excel docs now gives me reason to jettison Office. AW is a very useful program for home and home-office use.
