A note to "daver696" - that quirk is a feature not a bug! It's called Auto Convert - most users like it since they use the easy interface of just dragging on a PS or EPS or AI or Freehand file from Finder or using the Set... button. If you don't want this behavior, you can turn this off in Preferences: "Dropped On Files: Automatically Convert" - it applies to any "quick change" like typing a new path name or dropping on a file. Since PStill can rip any image to PDF and convert most PS, EPS, AI, Freehand and real PostScript to PDF - which can be seen in OS X unlike EPS which may only have a low-res preview, I think it's worth the $69
